At Sabel we have no mass production, no standard products. All products are adapted, both regarding casting design and technically directly after requirements.
Sabel is well known for its long and regular customer relations. New orders of older products is simplified thanks to the fact that all patterns are saved.
Sabel, which was founded in 1926, has now its third generation owner.
Sabel's quality policy is based on the demands posed by our customers. This policy is being developed continuously in close cooperation with our customers.
All casting is done in sand moulds. First a pattern is made of the object which is to be cast. Then the mould material (sand, binder etc.) is filled in around the pattern and finally the molten iron is poured into the mould.
