BENDS WHICH LAST FOR 60 YEARS
– Glass and metal refuse wears violently on the piping systems in our waste disposal plants. If we had normal steel in some of the pipe bends they would be worn out in three-four years. It is therefore we use Ni-Hard from Sabel.
– The alloyed cast iron has the same hardness as the glass and metal refuse which means that we can guarantee the piping systems underground for 30 years and under buildings for 60 years!
– We build stationary waste suction plants which work by using air to transport the refuse by suction in an underground pipe system. The waste is then separated from the air in a terminal and is stored in one or more containers.
– Pipe bends from Sabel are sitting in installations all over the world. Amongst others in housing areas in Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Singapore and Hong Kong.
– There are Ni-Hard sections in the piping systems which transport waste from aeroplanes and catering kitchens at many international airports. One of our latest commissions was the new airport in Malaysia's capital city of Kuala Lumpur.
– We have worked together with Sabel since the beginning of the 70's when we were building plants in Russia.
– The co-operation has worked exceptionally well the whole time and we are very satisfied with both service and quality.
